I am the technology coordinator at Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater, FL. I am the architect of our current technology suite in the classroom. Calvary has made a very smooth transition to an iPad environment and provided our teachers with an outstanding PD experience to prepare them for a classroom full of iPads. We have built an implementation model that is based on mission and sustainability. Our success is due largely to the creation of a road map to the future that encourages greater engagement, efficiency, and flexibility in the classroom through the careful selection of the right tools.
