Innovative Mindset discussion on how we can harness the power of our students "normal" (apps, social media, connectiveness) and infuse it with benchmarks and the new basic skills (Connection, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity). Participants will gain an understanding of how to take apps students choose for their personal use and use them in the classroom to show benchmark mastery. Time to network and develop PLN connections for future sharing will also be built in to this presentation.
