This presentation will cover some simple methods for encouraging students to explore their own creativity and embrace failure as a learning tool. In this presentation I'll share some of my observations, techniques and my own failures encountered in my first year of establishing an Innovation lab inside a k-8 school. Participants will learn better facilitation methods, tools for communicating and engaging students in new ways.
